The policy package includes a reduction in tariffs on fentanyl-related goods from 20% to 10%, a one-year extension of both the reciprocal tariff policy and certain Section 301 tariff exemptions until November 10, 2026, and a 12-month suspension of the 50% "control nexus" rule for export controls and port berthing fees targeting Chinese ships.
