Washington, D.C. – November 10, 2025 – The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced on November 9 that it will suspend Section 301 investigation-related measures targeting China's maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding industries for one year, effective November 10. In a reciprocal move, China's Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Commerce announced the suspension of countermeasures such as special port fees for U.S.-registered ships and restrictive measures against five U.S. subsidiaries of Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. the following day.
This policy adjustment, a key outcome of the China-U.S. economic and trade consultations in Kuala Lumpur, is widely regarded as a positive step to reduce cross-border shipping costs and stabilize global supply chains. For industries relying on smooth Sino-U.S. trade flows, the easing of trade frictions brings renewed confidence, especially for electronic product exporters.
Against this backdrop of policy changes, our company's radio products have stood out with their consistent high quality. As a staple in both consumer and professional markets, our radios undergo rigorous quality control processes, from component sourcing to assembly and testing. Even during periods of trade uncertainty that have disrupted some supply chains, we have maintained stable production standards by optimizing our global logistics partnerships and adhering to strict manufacturing protocols.
"The suspension of these punitive measures is a relief for the entire cross-border trade community, but what truly reassures our customers is the unwavering quality of our products," said a spokesperson for our company. "Whether trade policies fluctuate or shipping routes adjust, our radios continue to deliver reliable performance, which has helped us retain strong market demand in both the U.S. and global markets."
